(1)A Valid passport:
This requirement applies to nationals of all countries, except Argentina, Brazil, Chile and Uruguay, whose nationals may enter with their identity cards.
(2)A proper Visa:
An entry visa is necessary for a foreigner who wants to visit Paraguay. Citizens of Japan and certain other countries do not need a visa if their visit to Paraguay does not exceed 90 days.
